The dust has finally settled and we are able to take a DEEP breath after the madness we experienced on March 12/13/14 at our Grand Opening in Renton.   I would like to personally send out a HUGE thanks to everyone that helped us celebrate our return to Renton Village.  After ALOT of hard work it is great to see lots of familiar faces from years past come and help support us. 

We had a GREAT response from everyone across the board lending a helping hand last weekend for our sale.  Without your continued help and support the sale would not have gone off quite as good as it did.  I can not express how much this means to us all.  I have NEVER seen such a constant flow of people in a 7200 sq/ft location, it was PACKED the entire weekend!  We will forever remember the efforts that you have all given us to help put our Renton store back on the map as one of the premium pet stores in the Seattle area.   We felt like the sale went off very well, but would always take suggestion on how we can better serve our customers/vendors and help everyone have a GREAT experience.  No matter what with a sale like this, lines will always be a concern.  Please give us any suggestion on how we can better improve the flow and organization of our future events.
